On Wednesday, January 13, 2021, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research conducted its second annual meeting with presidents of the Kurdistan region universities.

At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Aram M. Qadir-Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research welcomed the guests and showed gratitude towards students, lecturers, and staffs of Kurdistan universities for continuing the education process successfully despite the difficult situation facing the region. He emphasised that the (Blended System) will be implemented for the current academic year.

It is worth mentioning that Professor Dr. Lazgin A. Jameel-President of the University of Zakho participated in the meeting and shared with the guests the experience and success of the university.
